Attendance

If your student is absent, please send in a note within three days of their absence to have it excused.  
The note should include:
  • student and parent/guardian full name
  • date(s) of absence
  • explanation for absence
Notes can be sent in with your student, emailed to Mrs. Gutierrez, or via the Attendance Note Google Form.

Please Note:

  • Items may be picked up during the hours of 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Student information cannot be released over the phone
  • Identification is required for student pick-up 
  • Please ensure information in Infinite Campus is up-to-date as this is what is used to verify identification
  • Early pick-up ends at 2:45 p.m.

Birthday Shoutout

This year, you will have the opportunity to celebrate your child's birthday on the big screen! We have purchased a large digital marquee sign to display all of our school events, important announcements, celebrate student achievements, and give special shoutouts for their birthdays! (If you haven't noticed, this sign is on the front of the school by the arrival/dismissal gates.)

If you would like to have your child's school picture and FIRST NAME ONLY displayed for their BIRTHDAY WEEK     (7 days), click the link below, fill out this form, and send $10 CASH to your child's teacher. This money will go toward student incentives we do throughout the year.

Assembly Bill 195 Information:

​Assembly Bill 195 (AB 195) revises provisions relating to pupils who are English learners. Approved by Governor Steve Sisolak on June 2, 2021, AB 195 extends the rights of English learner pupils and parental rights. Section three of the bill included HERE in English, HERE in Spanish, and HERE in Tagalog provides an overview of these rights.
