Hi Climbers! We know you are anxious to learn more about the Hybrid model. We are excited to announce we have a Family Informational video below for you. We hope this answers many of your questions as we transition to having students in the building again.

Our cohort assignments are ready to send out! You'll receive an email this week with your child's assigned cohort and teacher. If you don't receive your email please let us know! This means we don't have your updated information and we want to make sure you aren't left out.

Here is some important information you will need right away:
  • For now, only PreK through 3rd grade students will be returning to a hybrid schedule and only if that is the selection you made on the Selection Survey
  • If no survey was completed, students are placed in the Distance Learning Cohort
  • Students will transition to hybrid schedules starting Monday, March 1st
  • Student drop off time is between 8:40am-8:55am
  • PreK, Kinder, and 1st students will be dismissed at 3:00pm
  • Older students with siblings will be dismissed at 3:00pm
  • 2nd and 3rd grade students will be dismissed when the other students are off the campus and it safe to do so, this should be around 3:05-3:10

As part of our return to school plan, a Student-Parent Handbook Hybrid Edition 2020-2021 has been created. Please CLICK HERE to review it for returning policies and procedures.

In Kindness,
Ms. Jodi Notch and Ms. Lisa Dalton
